Correction check·March 28, 2025

On March 28, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) met with Facility Representative, Manuel Infante, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced plan of correction inspection. The purpose of today's inspection was explained. LPA observed a census of four infants being supervised by three staff in the infant classroom and seven toddlers being supervised by three staff in the toddler option classroom. This facility was cited one type B deficiency on January 31, 2025, under CCR 101217(a), f or being out of compliance with records pertaining to completeness and accessibility of staff files for present employees. During today's inspection, LPA reviewed records of staff files for present staff and verified all files were accessible. LPA reviewed files for completeness. LPA provided consultation on checklists for employee files for future reference and support. The deficiency has been cleared by today's visit and a letter of cleared deficiency has been provided. Exit interview conducted and report reviewed with Facility Representative. A Notice of Site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
