Pre-licensing visit·July 26, 2023

At 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 26th, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Seychelle De Luca met with Director, Jasmine Rendleman, for the purpose of a prelicensing inspection. Licensee, Kavitha Vankayala was not present during inspection but was called to review report. LPA and LPM discussed Licensee Representative requirements. A census of 14 children supervised by 3 staff was observed. An initial prelicensing inspection was conducted on 4/20/2023. During today's inspection, LPA and LPM toured facility and observed corrections made as referenced in previous report. An exit interview was conducted and this report was reviewed with the Director and the Licensee. Effective today, July 26th, 2023, License is approved for 80 children including 68 preschool children aged 2 years to entry into kindergarten, and 12 toddlers ages 18-36 months under the toddler option program.
