What Happened
Investigation of unusual incident from 2/10/2025 where teacher grabbed child by wrist after child attempted to strike teacher. Video evidence reviewed and substantiated allegation of improper physical handling violating child's personal rights. Teacher was terminated. Type A deficiencies cited.

- Teacher grabbed child near wrists and walked backward after child attempted to hit teacher
- When child attempted to strike teacher again, teacher grabbed child again and child dropped to floor
