Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Soleil Marx and Kyrsten Williams met with Director,Nicole Moran-Estrada, for the purpose of delivering complaint findings for the above allegation. Throughout the investigation, LPA Velasco reviewed records and conducted interviews. Interviews conducted with staff and parent/guardians had aligning statements that injuries are reported to parents through the procare app after occurance. LPA reviewed records from the procare app and verified that injuries are communicated by messages via the parent communication app on the same day the incident/injury occurs. Based on record review; no pertinent evidence was obtained that would support the alleged violation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegations, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted, report reviewed with Director, appeal rights provided. Notice of site visit given and must remain be posted for 30 days.
