On 02/25/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx, met with Director, Nicole Moran-Estrada, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced case management inspection to follow up on a self reported incident. The purpose of today's inspection was explained. During today's inspection, LPA observed a census of 30 preschool age children being supervised by six staff. On 02/24/2026, the facility self reported an Unusual Incident Report LIC624 to Sacramento Regional Office reporting that the facility was notified on 02/23/2026 of a parent accusation regarding personal rights. During today's inspection LPA Marx made observations, interviewed staff, and interviewed children. LPA Marx will conduct further investigation regarding the incident and conduct any follow up investigation if determined it is needed. LPA verified the facility to be in compliance with reporting requirements. No violations were observed by LPA during the inspection. No deficiencies are being cited at this time. Exit interview conducted and report reviewed with Director. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
