What the inspector wrote

On January 7, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stephanie Piring met with Licensee , Anastasiya Marusich, for the purpose of a capacity increase from 8 to 14 children. During todays visit, LPA observed a census of 3 children in care. Licensees adult daughter and son were also present during todays inspection. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance . Hours of operation will be: Monday through Friday from 6:00AM to 9:00PM. A Fire Clearance was granted on 12/17/2024 by Sacramento Metro Fire Department. A health and safety inspection was conducted on the interior and exterior of the home. Off-limit areas include: all bedrooms. Licensee understands that children may never enter these off-limit areas. LPA observed a children's roster and fire drill log, the last fire drill was conducted September 2024. LPA observed a sample of children\342\200\231s files, all which contained the required documentation. Large family child care home capacity limitations were reviewed during today's visit. Licensees acknowledges that when there is no assistant present, facility will operate with a small capacity. Licensees acknowledges that children residing in the home under the age of 10 years shall be included in capacity. No deficiencies were observed during todays visit. Effective today, January 7th, 2025, this facility is approved for a Large Family Child Care Home license for a capacity of 12 children (when there is an assistant present) with no more than 4 infants or capacity of 14 children with no more than 3 infants and 1 child in kindergarten or elementary school and 1 child at least age 6. I nfants are children under the age of 2. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Anastasiya Marusich. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
