What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Managers (LPM) Mai Lor and Seychelle De Luca and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stephanie Piring met with Licensee Representatives Jennifer Parsons, Amy Towne, and Celeste Doran for the purpose of an informal office visit. LPM De Luca defined the difference between non-compliance and an informal meeting. LPM advised that the purpose of today's meeting is to help the facility gain compliance. Today's informal meeting was to discuss the four type A citations issued on 3/20/25 and 6/4/25 during complaint inspections. On 3/20/25 the facility was cited a two type A citation regarding meeting qualifications and falsifying personnel records. On 6/4/25, the facility was cited two type A citations for teacher qualifications and teacher chid ratio. The Licensee Representatives and Director stated that they have taken the following steps to maintain compliance: Staff that were identified as falsifying qualifications separated from the facility. Reviewed employee files to confirm fully qualified staff. Request official or parchment transcripts for all levels of management if unable to obtain official transcripts, facility will identify class courses by comparing to course catalogs New schedules to identify fully qualified staff in all classrooms New policies are in place to ensure state mandated training's are accurately completed and kept up to date. LPM De Luca provided information regarding the Technical Support Program (TSP), which is a non-enforcement arm of the Community Care Licensing Division offering on site support to licensees and providers. This report was reviewed with the Licensee Representatives and Director.
