What the inspector wrote

On February 18th, 2026 Licensing Program Analysts Mandie Goodwin and Joshua Hatch met with director Celeste Doran to conduct a case management inspection. Licensee is requesting to increase their school age capacity to 32 school age children ages 5 years to 12 years, for a total facility capacity of 143 children. The facility restructured their previous indoor gym room to accommodate the additional school age classroom. There are two classrooms total for the school age program. Measurements were taken of one classroom today and will accommodate the requested capacity increase to 32 school age children. Measurements for the other classroom were previously taken. LPAs observed the restroom which has enough toilets and sinks to accommodate the requested capacity. Director will use curtains to ensure individual privacy for school age children. The outdoor play space was previously measured and will accommodate the requested 32 school age children. Prior to today's inspection, LPA received the approved fire clearance. As of 2/18/2026 the facilities request to increase the capacity to 143 children; 36 infants (ages 6 weeks to 24 months), 75 preschool children (ages 2 years to 6 years), and 32 school-age children (ages 5 years to 12 years) is approved. No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. A Notice of Site Visit was posted and an exit interview was conducted with director Celeste Doran.
