Correction check·August 26, 2025

On 08/26/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx met with licensee, Juliia Grigoreva, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced plan of correction case management inspection. The purpose of today's inspection was explained. LPA observed a census of eight children in care being supervised by the licensee and an assistant. The facility was cited on 08/18/2025 in regards to infant safe sleep under CCR 102425(b) Cribs or play yards shall be free from all loose articles and objects and CCR 102425(j)(5) If the infant is sleeping in a separate room from where the provider is stationed, the door to the room the infant is sleeping in shall remain open at all times. During today's inspection, LPA observed the play yards for infant sleep were free of all loose articles and objects and LPA observed the nap room door open.LPA reviewed a sample of children's records and verified LIC 9224 Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Reports have been signed by parent/guardians and placed in children's files. LPA has determined the facility to be in compliance with safe sleep regulations and has cleared the deficiencies that were cited on 08/18/2025. A letter of deficiency citations cleared was provided to Licensee. LPA discussed the safe sleep regulations with the Licensee and advised the Licensee to use the Child Care Licensing Safe Sleep webpage at https://www.cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/child-care-licensing/public-information-andresources/safe-sleep as an additional resource. Exit interview conducted and report reviewed with Licensee. No citations were issued based on today's inspection. A notice of Site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days,
