What Happened
Unannounced plan of correction follow-up inspection. Licensee failed to correct previous capacity violation. Licensee transported 9 children alone without required assistant, exceeding capacity limits with insufficient vehicle seating and restraints.
Observations
- Licensee arrived transporting 9 children by herself
- Sienna Van used for transport has 8 seats total including driver seat
- Only 2 child seats available for 9 transported children
- 2 children without proper seating and restraint system
