What the inspector wrote

On October 21, 2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Amanda Sutter and Pa Dao Vang met with licensee Fayeqah Nabizada for the purpose of a Capacity Increase from 8 to 14 children. LPA Sutter received the Fire Safety Inspection Clearance from the Sacramento Metro Fire Department on October 10, 2025, and the home has been cleared for up to 14 children. Licensee\342\200\231s adult son and husband were also at the facility. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance. LPAs observed two daycare children at the facility. A health and safety evaluation was conducted in all areas accessible to children. Licensee requested to place her own bedroom and the backyard on limits today. Both areas have been approved for childcare. Off-limit areas include: licensee\342\200\231s son\342\200\231s bedrooms, master bathroom, and garage. Licensees acknowledged that daycare children may never enter these off-limit areas. Large family child care home capacity limitations were reviewed during today's visit. Licensees acknowledges that when there is no assistant present, facility will revert back to the small capacity. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Based on the inspection, no citations have been issued. Appeal rights were provided. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Fayeqah Nabizadah. Effective today, October 21, 2025, LPA will approve the capacity increase to serve up to either 14 children, two (2) of which must be at least 6 years of age and no more than three (3) may be infants; or 12 children, four (4) of which may be infants. Infants are children under the age of 2.
