What the inspector wrote

On May 29, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Michelle Perez, met with licensee Tatiana Andronic, for the purpose of a case management visit to increase the Family Childcare Home (FCCH) capacity. Upon arrival LPA observed 3 children in care with the licensee. Per the Fire Department, licensee was to have the rear childcare room, that is connected to a secondary room, permitted by the city. Licensee obtained a permit. LPA observed the single action door lock in the entryway door and the fire alarm installed. LPA also observed the placement of the fire extinguisher. There are no other changes made since the initial pre-licensing visit. Effective today, 05/29/2025, the facility is approved for a large capacity to serve 12 children (when there is an assistant present) with no more than 4 infants or capacity of 14 children when 1 child in kindergarten or elementary school and 1 child at least age 6 and a maximum of 3 infants. Infants are children under the age of two years. Licensee understands that a small family childcare capacity must be adhered to, when no assistant is present.
