It was alleged licensee allowed uncleared adult to reside in the home. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, made observations, and reviewed records. LPA did not observe any uncleared adults during visits on 6/24/25 and 8/21/25. Interviews did not reveal uncleared adults residing in the home or caring for children. Although the alleged violations may have happened or are valid, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met to fully prove or disprove that it did or did not occur, therefore, the complaint is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with licensee, Jamal Amin. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights are provided and explained.
