What the inspector wrote

**This is an Amended Report** On June 20, 2025 at approximately 9:45 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Josiah Gathing met with Applicant Ines Chekkat for the purpose of a Case Management inspection to correct incomplete requirements from May 22, 2025 Prelicensing inspection. LPA re-measured the indoor play space with newly installed barriers for school-age children in Little Rascals Room 5. LPA also re-measured The Troopers Room 1 and Room 2 for school-age children. LPA found total indoor space for school age children was 461.0681 square feet which is sufficient for the requested 12 school-age capacity. LPA used measurements from Prelicensing inspection for previous facility # 343624885 to determine a total indoor preschool space of 1,159.5499 which is sufficient for the requested 33 preschool children. LPA collected required prelicensing documents during today's inspection. A copy of this report was printed and provided to the Applicant. Licensing Program Manager review is required prior to license approval.
