What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Corina Beckby conducted an unannounced field visit to the facility. LPA arrived at the facility and was met by Licensees, Alma L & Alma Custodio, Licensees are Spanish speaking providers and the report is translated in English. Licensees were caring for 10 children at the time of inspection (4 preschool children, 1 school ager & 5 infants (3m, 11m, 12m, 22m, & 23m). The facility was informed that this report dated 03/03/2026, documents one Type A citation, that is an immediate Health and Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care and shall be posted for 30 consecutive days. The facility shall also provide a copy of this licensing report to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care, and to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification. Facility evaluation report was reviewed and discussed with Licensees, Alma L & Alma Custodio. Exit interview was conducted. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and deficiency report must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Appeal rights were provided.
