Facility-requested visit·September 11, 2025

On 9/11/25, Licensing program Analyst (LPA) Carla Polanco conducted an unannounced case management visit and met with Licensee Luis Galaviz. LPA was granted entry by Licensee. Today's inspection was for the purpose of converting a part of the backyard to on-limit. There were four children present during today's visit being supervised by Licensee. During the inspection, LPA observed the daycare backyard play area to be in safe conditions. The left side of the backyard (separate RV parking) will remain off-limits. As of today, 9/11/25 the backyard is on limits and will be included in the FCCH. LPA will update the License and send to Licensee. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited during today\342\200\231s inspection.
