Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pedro Solorio-Gutierrez conducted an unannounced case management inspection in response to a modification made within preschool rooms at the center. LPA met with Director Deborah Lynn Parga, and explained the nature of today's inspection to her. Present were Director Deborah and her husband, Chris Parga. An interior partial non-barring wall was removed by a contractor. The previous interior was was about 8 feet tall. LPA observed and confirmed with the director that the room will be Preschool room 1. LIC999 matches the physical facility layout. LPA took pictures and will put pictures in the facility file. No other construction changes took place at the facility. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Deborah Lynn Parga.
