What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jessica Bongardt and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Belinda Devall met with Assistant Director, Sarah Geib for an unannounced case management inspection. Present for this visit was five staff members and 26 Preschoolers. During the record review, S1, did not have verification of having performed the minimum requirement for experience in a child care center to be qualified as a teacher. See 809-D for Type B deficiency issued. Exit Interview was conducted with Assistant Director, Sarah Geib. Appeal Rights were given. Notice of Site visit was given and MUST be posted for 30 days.
