What the inspector wrote

On 09/11/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pedro Solorio-Gutierrez conducted a follow-up investigation and to deliver findings. LPA met with Director May Bayani. LPA toured the indoor and outdoor areas of the facility. Present were Esperanza Flores, Dominique Garza, Malaysia Alvarez, Viviana Castillo, Vanessa Gonzalez in the playground area with 18 daycare children. During the investigation, LPA conducted observations and interviewed the director, staff, a child's therapist, parents, and children. Based on the observations and interviews, there is not enough evidence to claim the above allegation did or did not happen. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies cited during visit. Exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with the Director May Bayani. Appeal rights was handed to the Director. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
