What the inspector wrote

On October 22, 2025, at 10:00am., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kendal Zirbes conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection and met with Facility Representative Sherry Rice. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the facility representative. At the time of this inspection LPA observed, three toddlers, 40 preschool age children in attendance with seven teacher, four aides and additional administrative/support staff on site. LPA completed a tour of the Center at 10:05am and observed the following: 1. LPA observed three toddlers in the toddler classroom being supervised by one fully qualified infant teacher, staff 1 and one aide, staff 2. Based on LPA observation the Center was ensuring a fully qualified infant/toddler teacher was providing supervision in the toddler classroom. Based on LPAs observation, the citations issued on October 6, 2025 were corrected. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Facility Representative Sherry Rice .
