What the inspector wrote

LPA Rachel Zeron made an unannounced visit to address the facility for have an exceedance of lead in two sinks that are located in the infant /toddler area. One is located in the toddler's bathroom and the other is located in the infant room close to the entry door. the levels were recorded at 24.1ppb in the infant room and 9.1ppb in the toddler room. Both sinks are used for hand washing only, they are not used for consumption or food preparation. Both faucets have been replaced and will be retested. No deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report and a Notice of Site Visit (required to be posted for the next 30 days) was provided to the Director Charlene Bunnell Mcalister on 09/29/2022. LPA verified the Notice of Site Visit was posted in a prominent location before leaving the facility.
