On 11/01/2022, an Informal Conference was held at the Riverside Regional Office. Present in the conference were the Director, Charlene Bunnell - Mcalister and District Manager, Renu Van Battum; Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Aaron Ross; and Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Rachel Zeron and Perla Ordones . The conference was held to discuss the following sections of Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Code: 101416.5(b) Staff- Infant Ratio 101238(a) Buildings and Grounds 101212(f) Reporting Requirements 101223(a)(2) Personal Rights Director was advised to visit the Department's website at: https://cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/child-care-licensing/resources-for-providers on a regular basis for licensing updates. Director was advised to review Family Child Care Provider videos related to: Ratio, Building and Grounds, Reporting Requirements and Personal Rights Child Care Provider video website link was provided to the Director during this conference. During this conference, contact information of the local Resource and Referral Agency, Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) at (909) 890-0018, was provided to Director. Director agrees to set up an appointment for additional training for staff by 11/30/2022. Director agrees to ensure that the facility is operating in substantial compliance of California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12.
