On 11/21/2023, at 11:15 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Raymond Moorehead arrived at the facility to conduct a case management visit at the above licensed facility to amend a report that was previously issued. During the visit, the facility was toured, and census was taken. LPA met with Assistant Head of School Mandie Schadwinkle. The facility was found to be in substantial compliance at the time of today\342\200\231s visit. No deficiencies were cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the Assistant Head of School Mandie Schadwinkle .
