What the inspector wrote

On date and time listed above, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Justin Giese made an unannounced visit to the facility for the purpose of clearing Deficiencies issued on 09/08/2025. LPA was granted entry by Licensee, Maria Gadea. The following was observed and discussed: At time of visit, 4 children were in care. The Licensee was issued deficiencies and pending proof of corrections for the following items: 1. A life ring with a minimum exterior diameter of 17 inches and labeled as approved by the United States Coast Guard. 2. A rescue pole with a body hook and minimum fixed length of 12 feet 3. A pool alarm that will sound upon detecting an entrance into the water and must be turned on and be in working condition during the FCCH\342\200\231s operating hours while the swimming pool is not in use. 4. Documentation verifying that the alarm meets the ASTM International Standard F2208. 5. Log of daily tests for functionality of pool alarm. During visit, LPA toured the facility inside and out. LPA observed the above noted pool equipment to be visible, available, and functioning as intended. LPA obtained photographs of the above noted pool safety equipment. The outstanding deficiencies will be cleared during this visit. An exit interview was conducted, and report was reviewed with Licensee, Maria Gadea. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days
