On date and time listed above Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Justin Giese arrived at the facility to conduct a case management visit in response to the receipt of an unusual incident report (UIR). The UIR was received by the Riverside Child Care Regional office, on 12/06/2022. The UIR documented a potential incident concerning children's personal rights. During this inspection, LPA toured the facility inside and outside, took census of day-care children present on this date, conducted interviews with pertinent parties, and reviewed records. More time is needed to complete the investigation. Upon completion of the investigation the findings will be shared with the Facility Supervisor. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with PSD Clerk, Maria Del Carmen Ponce A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
