    (8) Each family child care home shall have a current roster of children as specified in Health and Safety Code Section 1596.841. This regulation is not met as evidenced by: Based on observations and record review, LPAs observed that the children's roster is not current which poses a potential health and safety risk to persons in care.

    Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed laundry detergent and cleaning agents in the faciilty laundry area. Laundry area is covered with a curtain and cannont be locked and secured, this poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

    Based on LPA's observation and interviews, LPA observed dirty walls, dirty floors, clutter obstructing use of on-limts arears of the facility, overflowing garbage in the kitchen and remnants of food on the kitchen floor and countertops. This is an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in [count] out of [total count] [(objects) (persons)] [identifiers] which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
