Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On date and time listed above, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Aman Lama arrived at the facility on another matter. During the tour of the facility, LPA discovered that 2 staff were not on the roster. Although the facility staff present were cleared for DOJ, FBI and CACI, they were not associated to the facility. See LIC809D for further information. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the acting site director, Rocio Miranda.
