On the date and time listed, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Eric Ramos arrived at the facility for the purposes of conducting a Case Management inspection in response to the receipt of an Unusual Incident Report (UIR) that was submitted by the facility on 08/27/2025. LPA was granted entry into the facility by Director Kristen Garnatz. LPA explained the purpose of today's inspection, completed a facility tour, and obtained a census. On 08/27/2025, it was alleged that an inappropriate behavior occurred between a daycare child and a teacher about a year ago. Pertinent parties were interviewed by LPA but none were able to corroborate the stated allegation. Based on information obtained during the investigation, it has been determined there is no violations of Title 22 Regulations pertaining to the reported incident at this time. No deficiency cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Kristen Garnatz.
