Case management follow-up to April incident. Staff member observed on 4/8/25 aggressively redirecting a child with harsh tone during dismissal. Internal investigation conducted; staff member removed from classroom and reassigned to older age group for new school year.

Observations

  • On 4/8/25, staff member observed aggressively moving child's hand from shelf with harsh tone of voice
  • This was the second time staff member had been corrected about classroom behavior
