Personal Rights:The licensee shall ensure the following personal rights: To be free from...unusualpunishment...punitive nature including but not limited to: interference with functions of daily living including...medication... This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Staff acknowledged they were made aware of the child’s need to have ointment applied however, it was disclosed by staff the ointment was never applied. This is a potential risk to the health and safety and personal rights of children in care.
