What the inspector wrote

On March 3, 2022 at 3:20pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kendal Zirbes conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. The purpose POC inspection was to clear deficiencies cited on February 17, 2022. Present during today\342\200\231s inspection were twelve children and three staff members. Based on LPAs observations on this day the facility was within the ratio and capacity. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, and notice of site visit were provided to Licensee Monica Duran.
