What the inspector wrote

Staff stated they do their best to change the diapers before pick -up time as a courtesy to the parents. LPA received and reviewed diaper logs for four children. LPA received and reviewed sign in and out sheets for four children. After reviewing the documents, LPA noted there were times when diaper changes were not logged. Staff stated there are times the app is not working properly, and diaper changes are not logged. Based on interviews conducted and documentation received, there is conflicting information from what was alleged. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview conducted with assistant director, report, appeal rights and notice of site visit issued. Notice of site visit must be posted for 30 days.
