What the inspector wrote

On this date and time, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Laura Mejorado arrived at the facility to conduct a case management visit in response to the receipt of a self-reported unusual incident report (UIR). The UIR was received by the Riverside Child Care Regional office, on 5/6/26. The UIR documented the completion of the construction on the playground. Upon arrival, LPA met with Interim Site Supervisor Monica Parga and stated the purpose of the visit. Director stated the canopy's on the playground have been installed. LPA inspected the playground and found the playground to be in compliance. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Interim Site Supervisor Monica Parga . A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. A copy of this report must be made available to the public, at the facility site, for 3 years.
