Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 08/11/2021 at about 02:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Aaron Mabika, met with the director, Lisa Baldwin, today for the purpose of delivering the findings of the above complaint investigation. LPA was led on a tour of all the classroom and took a census of 12 children napping and socially distanced under the supervision of one teacher in Room B 1: 9 children and 1 teacher all masked and socially distanced under the supervision of 1 teacher in Room B 3 and 22 school age children all masked constructing shapes with natural material and under the supervision of 2 teachers in Room B 5. The conclusion was reached after several interviews, review of relevant documentation and personal observation. LPA reviewed relevant documents and found the allegations could not be collaborated. Therefore, the allegation is rendered Unsubstantiated. An Unsubstantiated finding means that there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report read out and signed by the assistant director, Shelly. The center was provided with the most current mask guidelines which govern the operations of Early Child care in San Bernardino County.
