What the inspector wrote

On 06/28/2021 LPA Mabika met with Licensee, Lisa Burtner at Mc Donald Learning Center to conduct a Case Management visit to ensure the deficiencies cited during the last visit had been corrected. A tour of the facility was conducted and LPA observed that: The ceiling fan blades had been cleaned and a plan was put in place to periodically clean them. The apple tree in the play center had been pruned off and no more had sharp edges. The allergy lists had been covered for privacy The school age calendar had been enhanced and new toys and games were purchased for use by this component. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was left with the Licensee, Lisa Burtner.
