Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Report continued from page one The Department received a second allegation, alleging that on approximately four occasions, C1 was not properly cleaned during diaper changes by the facility staff. The dates of the incidents and the staff involved in the incidents were unknown. Confidential interviews provided inconsistent information regarding whether the children were being properly cleaned during diaper changes. Staff interviews reported the staff are provided with diaper changing training. Staff confirmed parents have reported diaper-changing concerns previously. The concerns were addressed immediately through a refresher diaper changing training. Based on the information obtained there is not enough evidence regarding the allegations alleging Staff roughly handled C1 and Staff did not meet C1 diapering needs. Therefore, the allegations are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED at this time. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted, where this report and appeal rights were reviewed with Administrator Courtney Pinkerton.
