What the inspector wrote

On the date and time listed above Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chase Atherton arrived for the purpose of obtaining measurements as the licensee has requested to change the minimum age served from 2.5 years olds to 2 years olds. LPA toured the facility and took a census at the start of the visit. This change will also include the added service of diapering, which the facility is not currently offering. The licensee has not requested for a change in capacity. LPA toured room 101 where the new youngest age group will be served and took measurements. LPA did observe sufficient age-appropriate furniture, equipment, and supplies in room 101 for the requested minimum age range change. LPA observed sufficient supplies for the use of diapering services in room 101. Facility continues to operate in room 101 with 2.5 year olds and above until the change is approved. Facility continues to operate with their original maximum capacity 200 total children. Change of minimum age range will be submitted to management and will be dependent on management approval.
