Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Aman Lama arrived at the facility to conduct a case management (CM) inspection. Upon arrival, LPA was met with facility representative, Chieko Garcia, who granted LPA access to the home. LPA toured the indoor and outdoor areas of the home. The following was observed and/or discussed: During a visit to the Family Child Care Home (FCCH) on 07/30/2025, there was a citation issued under the Health and Safety Code 1596.814(a)(1)(A)(iv ). This citation was issued in error, which has been dismissed. - The Duty Officer is available to answer questions Monday \342\200\223 Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm at: 951-782-4200. Licensee was informed of the MyChildCarePlan.org website; a consumer education website that helps families obtain child care by connecting them to child care providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California. During the exit interview, the facility representative confirmed that there are no Registered Sex Offenders living in the facility and LPA completed the RSO profile in FAS. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Chieko Garcia.
