What the inspector wrote

On 11/4/2025, at 1:11 PM, an informal conference was held at the Riverside Regional Office (RRO). Present in the conference were: Director Mireya Gomez, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Gilbert Sena, and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Patricia Berry. The Purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss the following: Care and Supervision Personal Rights Reporting Requirements Children's records LPM Sena emphasized the importance of regulatory compliance in licensed facilities to ensure the health and safety of children in care. Facility staff were informed the Community Care Licensing Division takes non-compliance seriously and continued violations may result in administrative action by the Department. (Cont on 809C) The following CDSS resources were provided and discussed: · Technical Support Program (TSP) · Regulations: https://www.cdss.ca.gov · CDSS Child Care Videos: https://ccld.childcarevideos.org Provider Information Notices (PINs): https://www.cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/community-care-licensing/policy/provider-information-notices/child-care (Cont. on 809C) Facility staff were advised to visit the Department's website at: https://cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/child-care-licensing/resources-for-providersCommunity Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters and other important information communication platforms. To receive important licensing related information to licensed facilities, visit the CCLD Important Information website at: https://www.cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/community-care-licensing/subscribe and select the Child Care option to receive email communication. As a result of this informal conference, the Director understands the department’s expectations regarding care and supervision, personal rights, reporting requirements, children's records and agrees to maintain substantial compliance with Title 22 Regulations. An exit interview was conducted with Mireya Gomez. LPA Berry provided with a copy of this report, along with the Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Reports (LIC 9224), during the office visit on 11/4/2025. (Cont on 809C) LPA Berry instructed the director to provide a copy of this report to the authorized representatives of all currently enrolled children by the next business day (or the next day the children are in care), and to the representatives of any newly enrolled children within 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or another written acknowledgment, must be placed in each child’s file for verification. A copy of this report must be available to the public for the next 3 years.
