Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed an infant with a blanket in the crib. The infant had the blanket on the bottom half of the body. A staff member was standing right beside the crib when LPA toured the infant room. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
