What the inspector wrote

On 12/29/2022, Licensing Program Analyst Babatunde Ibitoye conducted an unannounced follow-up complaint investigation at the Rosales Family Child Care and met with Licensee Leticia Rosales. The purpose of the visit is to deliver the complaint finding for the above allegations. During today's inspection, there are no day care children present with licensee. Based on the investigation conducted by the department’s Investigation Branch and the Annual Inspection conducted by LPA. It was revealed during the investigation that uncleared adults providing care. Based on the information obtained, there is a preponderance of evidence to prove that the licensee failed to meet Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, the above allegations are Substantiated. A finding substantiated means that allegations were valid because the preponderance of the evidence standard has been met. Deficiencies Cited: See LIC 809 D dated 12/09/22“Type A. At the time of this visit all the uncleared adult has been cleared and associated with the facility.There were no citations issued because of this inspection, Center operating in compliance with Title 22 Regulations. An exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with the Licensee Leticia Rosales.
