Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 6 did not have a completed file, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

OPERATION OF A FAMILY CHILD CARE HOME
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that an above ground pool was located in the right side of the backyard, pool was surrounded by a fence however the fence did not comply with Title 22 Regulations, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The fence obstructs view to the pool and does not have a self-closing and self-latching gate.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a drawer in the kitchen contained lighters and tools and poisons (bleach and bug spray) was located in a latched kitchen cabinet under the sink, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
