On date and time listed, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laura Mejorado arrived at the facility to conduct a plan of correction visit to follow up on citations that were issued on a prior inspection. The following citations were issued on 10/17/25 and found to be complete during todays inspection: - Licensee agrees to ensure all sections of the iron fencing measure a minimum height of 60 inches all around. - Licensee agrees to ensure iron fencing vertical clearance measures a maximum vertical clearance of two inches from the ground to the bottom of the enclosure all around. The following citation was issued on 10/17/25 and found not to be complete during todays inspection: - Licensee agrees to ensure the two access gates key lockable devices are placed no lower than 60 inches above the ground. During todays inspection one gate is in compliance; however, the second gate latch is measuring at lower than 60 inches. Licensee stated they will have it fixed as soon as possible and submit proof. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Diana Lindo. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
