What Happened
During the one-year inspection, the school-age program was operating with 29 children and multiple staff across two classrooms and outdoor space. The center was generally in good order, but one classroom had a small peeling floor area and staff file review found missing health screening/immunization documentation and missing influenza declination records.
Observations
- a small section of flooring behind a toilet in Classroom B was peeling and bubbling
