This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on the interview and record review, the Licensee did not meet the Infant Needs and Services Plan which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the inspection Licensee stated there is not an LIC 9227 for C1 available for review.

Mandated Child Abuse Reporting: In accordance with California Health and Safety Code Section 1596.8662 – requires all licensed providers, applicants, directors and employees to complete training as specified on their mandated reporter duties and to renew their training every two years. This requirement was not evidenced by: Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the Health & Safety Code which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the inspection LPA reviewed Mandated Reporter certificates for all staff that expired on 3-7-2020. Licensee stated staff do not have current Mandated Reporter certificates.
