What the inspector wrote

On 07/18/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Justeene Tamayo conducted an inspection at Bouchey Family Child Care. The purpose of the inspection was a Plan of Correction visit to review the one Type A deficiency that was cited on 07/17/25 for Staffing Ratio and Capacity: 102416.5(b)(3) and ensure licensee is now in ratio compliance. LPA met with Licensee Stephanie Bouchey and toured the facility. The following was observed: 1. ) During the visit LPA Tamayo observed the home was in ratio with 6 children (3 infants, 1 preschool, and 2 school age children in care), along with assistant #1 (fingerprints cleared and association) and the licensee. No deficiencies are being cited at this time. A Plan of Correction letter was provided to licensee. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was read and provided to licensee, along with a copy of licensee's Notice of Site Visit.
