Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Thompson-Miller met with Licensee, Brenda Guzman, for a Case Management - Incident Inspection. Incident report dated March 29, 2021. The incident occurred on March 29, 2021. Present are licensee and licensee assistant (spouse). There are seven children present. Description of the incident: Child in care alleged inappropriate touch by staff Department interviews were conducted with licensee, licensee spouse, parent and child. DCFS and law enforcement conducted interviews with those involved in the allegation. Licensee followed proper protocol regarding the incident by self-reporting. During interviews with the Child, the allegation of inappropriate touch was inconsistent and did not disclose any indications that Child was being touched inappropriately. Based on information provided and interviews conducted the incident does not appear to have been the result of any violation of the Title 22 regulation, therefore no deficiencies were cited. Exit interview conducted and a copy of report was read and provided to Licensee, Brenda Guzman on this day.
