What the inspector wrote

On 9/12/23 at 11:00 am, Licensing Program Analyst Patricia Berry conducted a case management visit in response to the receipt of an unusual incident report (UIR) from the facility. The UIR was received by the licensing agency on 8/7/23. It indicated a teacher inappropriately handled a daycare child. Facility records were reviewed, staff and children were interviewed. Based on information gathered, the facility acted appropriately and no violations have been identified at this time. The facility conducted their own internal investigation, viewed video footage which showed no evidence of the incident, and informed Community Care Licensing. An exit interview was conducted with the director, report, appeal rights and notice of site visit issued. Notice of site must be posted for 30 days.
