PERSONAL RIGHTS
The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA interviews and record review Staff 1 yelled at Child 1 in front of other day care children. Which poses an immediate Health, Safety, or Personal Rghts risk to children in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA interviews and record review Staff 1 handled Child 1 with lack of patience and forced Child 1 into their seat while Child 1 was experiencing an episode of anxiety which poses as an immediate Health, Safety, and Personal Rights risk to the children in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA interviews, observation and record reviews the facility Licensee and staff failed to report an unusual incident involving Staff 1 and Child 1 to CCLD, which poses a potential risk to the Health, Safety, and Personal Rights risk to children in care.
