102416.5 (f) The total licensed capacity for a Large Family Child Care Home shall not exceed fourteen children. This requirement is not met as evidence by:Based on records and interviews, thelicensee did not ensure the capacity requirement. LPA reviewed CCRC time sheets. There were 18 children between 6:32 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and on 1/16/202, there were 23 children between 6:27 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
